Today's workout...
oh my gooooodnessssss…. today i did a total of THREE hours of zumba, plus day 3 of the 100 push up challenge… i’m exhausted.. AND i have a 5k in the morning.. going to bed now! :)

As of today, i have lost 9 pounds.  I’m in 4th place in my local BL competition.. Time to kick it up a notch.. :) I WANT THAT MONEY. haha

Sometimes.. lately a lot less than i used to.. in fact, hardly at all lately.. but sometimes you just get in a funk and say fuck it. i’m gonna eat. and eat. and eat some more.  ;)

Today's Workout.
This morning I got in my run, although not as aggressive as yesterday, but my hip is really killing me, so i was ok with that.. i also did day three of the 100 pushup challenge.. i ate three times, and ate pretty healthy, AND i drank all my water… weigh in tomorrow… Praying it is a good weigh in for me! :)
