Hot Yoga Training!
So, today I spent NINE hours training in Hot yoga (not bikram..)  and last night we had a 3 hour session, tomorrow, the last day of this first part of training is 8 hours.. OMG, i am so exhausted and sore!  BUT i love it!!  I can’t wait to complete the training program and share my passion for this with others! :)
