Do you have any suggestions for super fast ways to excersice? I don't have enough time to go to the gym or do a long workout but I feel all out of shape. Thanks so much LOVE your blog!

tabata workouts are short (usually 4 mins..) high intensity interval sets that you repeat three times.. it’s short but to the point, and it’s a GREAT way to get in to shape.. it’s really hard though, because it’s really high intensity, but you of course can build up your ability and endurance through time! :)  Also, www.blogilates.com has some good short workouts you can follow. :)  good luck!
